Only Cannoli

Only Cannoli  opened May '22 with a small fryer in a home kitchen and a 6 foot table that was set up anywhere they’d let us. We've grown exponentially in a year's time by hiring our first part time employee, moving into a shared commercial kitchen and catching the attention of well respected local brands such as Switchback, Mad River Distillers, Ben and Jerrys, and Vermont Italian Cultural Association. We’re proudly Vermont's only authentic hand made Sicilian cannoli bar featuring fresh, seasonal, whimsical, and classic flavors. All cannoli are filled to order offering guests the option of choosing fillings and toppings to their tastes and retaining the nonna approved crisp freshness of the shell. We love to highlight small businesses/farms in our menu planning and regularly create brand inspired menus for our popups. While we always offer a classic cannoli with ricotta and chocolate chips a regular menu will offer a citrus curd, pastry cream or mousse. We keep our guests interested with the occasional savory cannoli such as pimento cheese or pizza filling.

In December of '22 we became known for churro chips and dip, crisp cinnamon sugar coated cannoli chips with tubs of  “more than you need” chocolate chip studded ricotta. Many of our guests chose this option as a stocking stuffer (although they rarely make it out of the market unopened). We now ship them cross country and offer them on platters for the holidays.
